I currently offer in-person author visits with book signings to Christian private schools, homeschool groups, churches, or other Christian organizations in the Monterey, San Benito, Santa Cruz, and Santa Clara Counties.
These visits are for grades 4 through 8 (or kids ages 8-12) and range from one to two hours long depending on the number of children. Some organizations may prefer to break up the pupils into two groups for larger student bodies, with each session approximately one hour long.
Please provide a table & chair for book signing and a microphone/PA system for auditoriums.

Ms. Ruiz loves meeting young readers and offers a fun and encouraging presentation to kids about following their calling and finding their identity in Christ
Included in the visit:

A message on how God led her to writing The Chosen Kids Saga and her process in indie publishing.

A short description of the characters and a synopsis for each book.

A reading from one of the Chosen Kids book.

Q&A session.

Book purchases and signings with opportunities for photos.

A flyer will be provided with information on the series for students to take home to their parents before the visit.
2024-2025 Author Visit fees-$150 per day. (Fees waived for churches)
